About This Place
Villa Flora is a space for calm and quiet.

This is not a place for loud gatherings. We kindly ask you to keep the atmosphere peaceful — for yourself, for the home, and for the surroundings.
Fireplace & Outdoor Fire
You will find a fireplace inside the house and a fire bowl & BBQ on t he patio. Everything you need for the
fireplace is in t he wicker basket under t he bookshelf in the living room.
Do not place objects on t he fireplace surface — it becomes hot.
Never leave fire unattended.
Follow basic fire safety at all times.
The house is equipped wit h a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and fire blanket — under t he stairs in the living
room.
Heating
The house is equipped with floor heating. The control panel is located to the right of the patio window.
Air conditioners are available in the bathrooms, and their remote controls can be found there as well.
Cleaning
Cleaning tools can be found in the outdoor storage area if needed. Before checking out, please take out the trash to the bin located across the road.
